Price Change Update
Ofgem released their most recent update to the energy price cap. The new threshold for a household with typical consumption and paying by Direct Debit will be £1,928.

We are also updating your smart meters to reflect the correct tariff rates. Updating IHD and smart meter information may take some time so we kindly ask not to contact us until after if it has not yet updated.
